Mother Nature delivered a surprise today...about 4 inches of snow instead of

the expected 1/4 inch of ice. People came out to enjoy the fluffy white

stuff, take pictures, play in the snow. Not cold enough to last, though. It

was starting to melt by evening. This view is the Oakland Park, next to St.

George's Episcopal Church, in Arlington, Virginia, USA.
